How are prints made?

Every print is giclée printed to order by Gango, a family-run shop in Portland, Oregon, on 100% cotton cold press fine art paper. Nothing is printed ahead of time or sits in a warehouse.

Is it really all made in Oregon?

Yes, and on purpose. The photographs are shot around Oregon, the prints and frames are made by Gango in Portland, and the monsters and illustration come from Oregon artists. We keep the work, and the money, with Oregon businesses and the people who work in them.

How long will it take?

Orders ship within 48 hours.

Where does it ship from?

Prints ship straight from Gango in Portland. Cards ship from us.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs depend on where it's going and are added at checkout.

Can I get it framed?

Yes. Gango frames it by hand in Portland before it ships, in your choice of black, white, brown, economy maple, natural maple, rustic barnwood, distressed white or gold. You also pick the front: glass, or lighter, shatterproof acrylic.

What paper do you print on?

100% cotton, archival cold press fine art paper. It has a soft texture you can feel, and it's made to last.

Where do I pay?

Checkout happens at store.cryptid.media, the shop we share with our sister sites. You'll see Euphoregon's section when you get there.

Can I return a print?

No. Every print is made to order just for you, so we don't take returns. If it shows up damaged, or it isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll get a replacement made and sent to you.

What about cards?

Same deal. No returns, but if a card pack arrives damaged or wrong, we'll send a new one.
